Fundraising & Donations Procedure

1. Complete the Fundraising Proposal and submit to the Keeper of Records & Seal 30 days in advance.
2. Executive Committee reviews within 14 days; Keeper of Finance assesses budget feasibility.
3. All donations are logged by the KRS in the Donation Tracking Log.
4. Tax receipts issued by the Keeper of Finance for donations ≥ $50 (upon request).
5. Post-event report required within 10 days of event (actual revenue, expenses, net funds).
6. All forms and records retained for 3 years and available for audit.
